Store Policies
Processing Time
Most orders are made to order. Typical processing time is [3-5 business days] after:

payment is received, and
-
your customization details/files are approved (if applicable).
Rush service may be available for an additional fee when our schedule allows. Message us before ordering if you have a deadline.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Because custom items are created specifically for you:

All custom/personalized sales are final once production begins.

Please double-check all spelling, dates, names, and formatting before approving.
If you request changes after approval or past processing, additional fees may apply depending on what has already been completed.
Proofs & Approvals
For designs that include text layout, logos, or images, we can provide a proof/mockup.

You are responsible for approving the proof.
-
Once approved, we engrave exactly as shown.
No refunds for customer-approved errors (misspellings, wrong dates, incorrect file sent, etc.).
Customer-Provided Artwork & File Quality
You may upload or send artwork (logos, handwriting, images).

Best results come from high-resolution files (SVG/AI/PDF or high-res PNG/JPG).

Low-quality images may engrave poorly. If we believe a file won’t engrave well, we’ll tell you and offer options.
Basic editing is put in up front. Any design cleanup, redraws, or vector conversion may require an additional fee.
Engraving on Customer-Supplied Items (“Send-In Engraving”)
We can engrave personal items you ship to us (knives, tools, keepsakes, etc.).
By sending an item, you agree that:

you are the owner (or have permission) to engrave it,
-
the item may show normal handling marks from fixtures or positioning,
-
engraving is permanent and can’t be “undone.”
Important: Some materials can react unpredictably (coatings, plated metals, tempered surfaces, unknown alloys). If we think your item is high-risk, we’ll contact you with options.
We are not responsible for:
-
pre-existing cracks, coatings, or hidden flaws,
-
manufacturer defects,
-
material reactions outside our control.
We recommend you do not send irreplaceable heirlooms unless you fully accept the risk.
Order Changes /Cancellations

Before proof approval / before production: changes and cancellations are usually possible.
-
After production starts: cancellations are not available and the order is non-refundable.
If you need to change shipping address or personalization details, contact us ASAP.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure it’s correct.

Delivery times vary by carrier and are not guaranteed.
-
We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or mis-delivery due to an incorrect address.
If a package arrives damaged, see the “Damaged Packages” section below.
Returns & Refunds
Custom/personalized items: not eligible for returns or refunds (except in cases of our error).
Non-custom (Grab N’ Go): may be returned within [7 days] of delivery if unused and in original condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the issue is our mistake.
Our Mistake Guarantee
If we made an error (wrong engraving, wrong product, wrong design compared to approved proof), contact us within [48–72 hours] of delivery with photos.
We will, at your option:

remake the item, or
-
issue a refund, or
-
provide store credit
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of the box/packaging and the item immediately.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll help you file a claim when applicable and work toward a fair solution.
Intellectual Property & Copyright
We do not engrave copyrighted/trademarked images, logos, or characters unless you can show you own the rights or have permission.
By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the legal right to use it.
Content We Will Not Engrave
We reserve the right to refuse any order that includes hateful, threatening, illegal, or inappropriate content.
Care & Use Disclaimer
Engraved items are subject to wear based on use, cleaning methods, and environment. We are not responsible for normal wear, misuse, or damage after delivery.
